  • Each item is produced only after an order is placed
  • Products are made according to the customer’s selected options and specifications
  • Due to the made-to-order nature, each item is unique

🚚 Delivery

Processing Time

  • Production and processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Each item is handcrafted before shipment

Estimated Shipping Time

  • EU: 1–3 business days
  • UK: 2–6 business days
  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Other countries: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or customs.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.


Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

❌ No Returns (Made-to-Order Exception)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16),
the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

➡️ Returns are not accepted for made-to-order and handmade products.


🔄 Exchanges (7 Days)

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Exchange is subject to approval

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable
